Club Champion is hiring hands-on team members to join their build shop. This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn a specialized trade, work with premium equipment from the industry’s top brands, and grow into advanced roles like Master Builder. Golf experience is a plus, but no experience required–they will train you. Starting pay is $17.00. - What You’ll Do
- Sand and finish club components (precision detail work)
- Adjust/Bend clubs using specialized tools to meet exact specs (loft & lie)
- Clean, polish, and prepare clubs for shipment
- Assist with warehouse operations (picking, packing, shipping, receiving)
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with your hands (tools, assembly, building)
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Warehouse, mechanical, or production experience is a plus–but not required
