ATMI Precast has a Maintenance Supervisor position open. The Maintenance Supervisor supports the Maintenance Manager by coordinating daily maintenance operations and developing job and safety plans to improve workforce productivity. This role acts as a liaison between maintenance, production, facilities, and shipping to plan, estimate, and schedule maintenance work while ensuring parts and materials are available for timely completion. Pay range is $40.00 – $50.00 an hour. They offer health benefits, paid time off and more.
Responsibilities:

• Analyze and investigate work order requests.
• Plan maintenance work, estimate time and resources, and schedule planned jobs.
• Ensure parts, materials, and tools are requisitioned and available before job execution.
• Oversee ATMI preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for plant, vehicles, facilities, and trailers.
• Assist in planning and scheduling shutdowns, new equipment installations, and overhauls.
• Track and report performance metrics to monitor maintenance efficiency and plant reliability.
• Provide emergency or unscheduled repairs of production equipment as needed.
• Supervise maintenance employees and assign work priorities.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and enforce all safety policies.
• Ensure adherence to Preventive Maintenance and Shutdown Schedule programs.
• Maintain oil sample analysis program; record, evaluate, and recommend repairs or replacement.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for required maintenance and service.
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report issues promptly.
