Woodridge Intervention is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor to join their team. In this role, you will provide group and individual counseling, community support, case coordination and crisis intervention services to clients with a primary substance use disorder diagnosis. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Complete assessment of each client.
• Initiate and sustain each individual’s motivation to participate in treatment.
• Develop a comprehensive service plan for each client.
• Provide daily treatment and curriculum-based education groups.
