DuPage Credit Union has an immediate, full-time opening for a Member Service Associate (Universal Banker) at their Downers Grove location. The Member Service Associate builds and strengthens Member relationships through personalized service, proactive follow-up, and consultative financial conversations. This role supports everyday banking and lending needs, processes transactions accurately, and identifies opportunities to recommend products and services that support Members’ financial goals while contributing to overall branch success. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and strengthen Member relationships through personalized service, proactive follow-up, and consultative financial conversations.
• Identify Member needs and recommend financial products and services that support financial goals and deepen Member relationships.
• Perform cash and non-cash transactions accurately while adhering to credit union procedures, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Support account servicing and consumer lending activities, including loan applications, disbursements, and digital banking support.
• Collaborate effectively with branch team members and internal departments to resolve Member concerns, support operational success, and deliver exceptional Member experience.
