Pro Formula Kids is seeking Youth Vendor Support & Event Floor Assistants to help children set up their booths, guide families, and support smooth event operations during youth entrepreneurship events held in DuPage County. This role is hands‑on, family‑friendly, and perfect for individuals who enjoy helping kids shine.
Responsibilities:
• Assist youth vendors with booth setup and materials
• Help families locate their assigned spaces
• Support the Event Manager with event flow and coordination
• Provide general customer service to parents and children
• Maintain a clean, organized event environment
• Assist with setup and breakdown as needed
Hours:
Weekend events, approximately 12 hours per weekend (6 hours per day including setup and closing).
Compensation:
Flat rate of $400 per weekend event (equivalent to approx. $33/hr).
Location:
Events take place in DuPage County and surrounding Illinois communities.
