The Assembly Operator A will apply knowledge of electrical theory and procedures, shop mathematics, wiring diagrams, materials and layout techniques in assembling machines. - Clean equipment.
- Prep equipment for testing.
- Material Handler breaking down equipment after testing.
- Use hand tools.
- Able to follow job pick list.
- Use micrometers, calipers, ruler, and other measuring instruments.
- Set-up jobs and choose proper tools for the application.
- Read wiring/electrical diagrams.
- Able to test equipment – using Hi Pod tester.
- Multitask and flexibility from one job to another.
- Ability to build machines to electrical specifications.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and instructions.
