PRC is seeking candidates for the role of Annual Giving Manager. As a member of the Advancement team, the Annual Giving Manager will manage and implement a successful annual and mid-level giving strategy for donors and prospects, as well as a business relationship program. This role will manage all direct mail and digital giving strategies, as well as manage a mid-level giving portfolio.
Salary range for this position is $60,000-$68,000. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute solicitation for annual fundraising initiatives, including managing all monthly renewal and upgrade strategies for current donors.
  • Manage all direct mail strategies to ensure the best results possible, including message, content, and segmentation, including all upgrade and retention strategies, utilizing the analytics available for maximum success.
  • In collaboration with the Community Engagement Coordinator, coordinate all digital and email donor appeals.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage a portfolio of assigned annual donors and prospects with capacity and potential to give between $500 and $2,500, with goals to renew and upgrade giving, utilizing the donor’s inclination of giving, connection to the organization, as well as preferences for solicitation.
  • Continuously identify prospects, create offers, create renewal and upgrade strategies that will be used with current and lapsed donors and prospects to secure gifts, utilizing the input of the Volunteer Department Manager or program leadership as needed.
  • Plan, manage, and execute a strategy to engage local businesses to support PRC’s mission through financial support.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the current organizational/program funding needs that is maintained by the Grants Manager and the Finance team.
  • Plan and execute new donor initiatives, including research of key communities and direct mail activities.
  • As assigned by the Vice President of Advancement, create regular reports and analytics that accurately reflect donor group and initiative activity and performance.
  • Provide support for research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities associated with any special appeals and campaigns.
  • Extract, analyze, and establish a framework for the appropriate use of Raiser’s Edge information for individual relationship solicitation efforts, for use by CEO, VP of Advancement for their respective portfolios, as well as own mid-level prospects.
  • Develop and analyze donor data analytics (new, lapsed, location, type, etc.) to assess and recommend development efforts.
  • As delegated by the VP of Advancement, staff the Development Committee of the Board, and coordinate Board members’ acknowledgement of donors as well as board members’ individual activity reports.
