ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Business Development – Practice Partner 2. This position is responsible for generating referral and evaluation growth in their assigned region by executing sales and networking events while using a consultative and collaborative sales approach. Will be responsible for execution of territory strategy, market analysis, overseeing educational events, and making daily calls to prospective referral sources. Responsible for coaching and mentorship of Practice Partner 1. Territory includes Geneva, IL and St. Charles, IL. Responsibilities:
- Build new relationships and strengthen existing relationships to create lifelong business partners that will continue to utilize ATI as their preferred PT partner.
- Create opportunities to drive incremental growth in assigned region.
- Coach and further develop Practice Partner 1 team members.
- Provide market intel.
- Effectively utilize technical and social media platforms to create visibility to provide value to referral sources.
