Edward Don seeks a Business Transformation Analyst to join their team. The Business Transformation Analyst performs operational audits identifying opportunities for improvement, assists in developing process improvement action plans. Using SAP and audit performs ongoing monitoring of business process improvements. The Business Analyst provides end user and project support for all SAP modules including root cause analysis.
Essential Duties:
Evaluate business process, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement technical solutions by working with end users to define requirements.
Document and analyze business processes to identify issues that have an impact on the company’s financial and operational performance.
Gather data for internal audit through a variety of methods, including research, interviews, and data review.
Perform customer set up and price audits for key accounts. Work with sales team to ensure customer set up is in compliance with contract.
Work with Subject Matter Experts to continue to build proficiency and functional SAP skills.
Perform requirements analysis.
Use SAP and Excel to manage data to assist in audit and to analyze issues.
Provides end user support for all SAP modules including root cause analysis, testing, and training documentation.
Maintain training documentation related to audit function.
Maintain daily reporting contact with BPI Lead and provides timely updates on assigned projects.
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Report to the Director of Business Transformation and work closely with other members of the Business Transformation team.
Work with company management to assess business risk and conduct operational audit reviews of key business processes/units.
Work collaboratively with Business Units and IT to successfully resolve issues and/or implement solutions.
Work with all Edward Don & Company associates to resolve issues related to audit findings and business process improvement.

To get this job, you typically need a Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with electrical, hydraulics, programming, and mechanical PLCs is required.
We pay $2.00 per hour shift differential for all time worked on 3rd shift. *Rate of pay depends on one’s experience, education, and skills.

All Technicians are sent to College of DuPage for classes. Technicians are scheduled for a series of six mechanical and six electrical classes. Classes are during work hours, so Technicians are paid for their time in class. We adjust their hours to spend half their shift on the floor and the balance in the class. Jel Sert pays for this training which includes classroom and lab work. All Technicians are involved in this training despite their experience level.
