Parts Town seeks an Online Merchandising Manager to join their team. The Online Merchandising Manager will develop strategies to up-sell and cross-sell products, services, and content through our various channels. You will help enhance and better understand customer experience while improving e-commerce conversion and driving sales. You’ll partner with the segment leaders, Marketing Managers and the e-commerce team to create, execute and report on merchandising strategies to support sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities: 

  • Develop merchandising strategies across our e-commerce and email channels including the Parts Town desktop and mobile sites, app, punchout sites, marketing and transactional emails, SMS/push, etc. – to enhance user experience, improve e-commerce conversion, and drive sales.
  • Develop strategies to up-sell and cross-sell products and services to new and existing customers through our e-commerce experience.
  • Review, optimize, and elevate all touchpoints in the customer journey from a merchandising perspective.
  • Work with others in the Marketing, Creative, and supporting teams to launch initiatives on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and execute on promotional strategies.
  • Manage and create calendar for all content/merchandising slots and identify opportunities for additional content/merchandising slots throughout
  • Make modifications and/or expansions based on reporting.
  • Contribute to product strategy/assortment strategy, including exclusive business opportunities to grow online product offering.
  • Track web visitor behavior and make design suggestions to modify website design.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and provide insights and recommendations to drive’s merchandising program forward.
