  • Develop all process sheets (Work Instructions) necessary to manufacture all products and ensure quality within established cost limits.

  • Use input and guidance from design and test engineers to ensure that safety, quality, and environmental issues are considered and implemented.

  • Work with engineers and prototype/sample department to ensure new products are properly documented with BOM and process sheets.
  • Plan, document, and provide periodic status reports on test results, processes, and workflow improvements.
  • Generate PPAP packages to include Capability Studies, FMEA, and Control Plans.
  • Plan, document, control, and analyze RMA (Returned Material) to determine root cause and develop appropriate corrective action that will eliminate future non-conformities.
  • Maintain an awareness of customer requirements and use complaints to identify areas that may need development or improvement.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment and ensure that all equipment is used in accordance with safety regulations and company rules.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and ensure that all environmental and health and safety regulations are complied with and implemented on the production floor.

  • Provide analysis of policy and educational issues related to pediatric emergency preparedness and disaster management and other relevant issues.
