In this role, you will be assisting clients in a hospital or community setting apply for and obtain healthcare coverage, assisting with linkage to healthcare services and providing healthcare education. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM. This position will work out of Central DuPage Hospital several days per week, the balance of the week would be spent working from home or at the Central Public Health Center located in Wheaton, IL.

- Collects demographic and financial information from clients.
